  The stylists always did a great job cutting and styling my thick, curly/wavy/frizzy hair. I saw multiple stylists over the course of three years, and always left with a great haircut. Never tried any of their other services, but there were no complaints from other clients whenever I was in the salon. I always felt a bit out of place, as some of the staff members were quite snooty, but I guess that's what happens when you go to a salon on Newbury St.
