  I can’t say enough wonderful things about Cindy! I was late to my appointment due to traffic and any other salon would have sent me away. Instead, she stayed past closing time. Instead of rushing because she wanted to go home, she took her time and ensured that I got the most perfect cut possible. She does wet cut, which worried me, but don’t let it worry you! She is an absolute pro! She took my drab, uneven, hair and made it beautiful! She did not push products, but did make recommendations upon request and I bought all the things! I’m now hooked on Ouidad products and highly recommend them. I can’t wait to continue working with Cindy to make my curly hair as happy and healthy as it can be. I drive all the way from Mount Vernon for her and it’s worth it!

  Cindy just blew my curly haired mind! She was thoughtful and educational about how best to handle my mass of curls that frizz out of control! She taught me not just what products to use but how to use them. How to apply them. How to dry my hair and how to let it dry. Amazingly helpful. I didn’t know how much I was missing. She is worth a visit if you have curls!!!

  Cindy is amazing. I have tried other places for my Ouidad haircuts and none are as pretty as hers. I drive one hour each way to Seattle for this and it is worth every mile!

  I have never been happier with a hairstylist and haircut than I am today with John and the new look!!! I was told John is a hair wizard and I have to say that is an understatement, he is an artist and a master of his craft, the magic part just comes natural. He is dedicated and very professional, thank you so much John! I will certainly be back!

  Cindy did an AMAZING job with my hair. I have very thick, curly, long hair that is hard to work with and she took it on head first! I have been getting Ouidad haircuts for 6 yrs or so & recently moved to a place where I can't find a reliable stylist. I found Salon Metro online and decided to try it on my vacation. I wanted to take off considerable length and weight from my hair. I was BEYOND impressed with Cindy's work. She was cutting, actually cutting and working on my hair, for 45 minutes at least. That is an incredible amount of time and concentration! She not only performed the Ouidad carve & slice and brought the length up, but also framed my hair around my face, took out additional bulk, and seemed to have framed each individual curl!! I am very impressed with the look and feel of my new hair and cannot recommend Cindy highly enough!! If you have curls you deserve to treat yourself here!
