  Andy was rude and unprofessional. He ruined my daughters hair and refused to fix it! I will never go back and it's too bad because he did a great job on my hair. He lost a customer because he wouldn't stand by his work and was rude and combative!

  I was introduced to the salon with a groupon several months ago. I was very happy with the owners knowledge and care in coloring and cutting my hair. I have been back several times since and always find Andy and his staff very professional and pleasant.

  The owner is a thief. I purchased a Groupon for full highlights, oil treatment cut and blow with Andy. He had another apprentice do my highlights. After my shampoo I noticed my hair was 3 different colors. Red,Brown and blonde. I already had blonde on the bottom and really just needed half..plus my hair is thin n shoulder length. Andy the owner told me I had to pay an additional $40 bc he claimed the add was for very short boy cut hairlength ..Groupon DID NOT mention in fine print. When I said there wasn't enough highlights on the sides and back...he said it would be an additional $60 . In other words an additional $100 added to my all ready purchased Groupon. Stay away from this rude scam artist owner Andy. Zero stars..I felt bad for apprentice who didn't speak English and perhaps might not have a license. I should have listened to other people who also had bad experiences at this place and left needing to go somewhere else to an honest business.

  Salon Ichi-e did a wonderful job on my full head of highlights and cut. I don't think my hair has ever been softer! I can't stop touching it! Although they did charge an extra fee on top of the Groupon price it was totally worth it. The highlights are so small and perfect they look completely natural. They spent a ton of time and effort making sure my hair looked the best it's ever looked! Even with the extra fee it was worth every penny!

  Just had my japonese straightening done today and I love it. Ask for Andy, he was amazing. Been getting professional straightening for over 10 years and I must say Andy was just fabulous, great guy, great stylist .very attentive and all while trying to train new stylists...he didn't skip a beat.....he also colored my friend John's hair and he was thrilled with his results as well so I will def be going back to try color with him and redo my straightening :-)
