  머리를 자르고 있었는데 다른 손님이 들어오니 바로 나를 샴푸 하라고 한다. 물론 정말 타이밍이 정확하게 맞았을 수도 있지만 꼭 그래 보이지는 않았다. 샴푸 한 후 다시 앉았는데 내 미용사는 이미 다른 손님 머리하고 있고 나에게는 다 끝났다고 한다. 머리를 다시 다듬어 주지도 않고, 잘 컷트 되었는지 확인도 않하고, 괜찮냐고 물어 보지도 않고. 사실 윗머리가 좀 길어서 더 짤라 주세요 하고 싶었는데 그냥 나왔다. ㅠㅠ 그래야 1-2분인데, 마무리를 그렇게 하시는게 매우 안타깝다. 아마도 나는 25불짜리 손님이고 그 다른 손님은 100불짜리 손님이 아닌가 생각 된다. 한 손님, 한 손님에게 최선을 다해주는 서비스 마인드가 더 필요하시다. 더 분발하세요^^

  rude unprofessional hairstylist GINA made an unlicensed assistant to apply perm hair products and set up the machine on my hair. My hair got burnt and when I went back to get my hair straightened the next day, she had the unlicensed assitant to work on my hair again and asked me to pay money to finish straightenging. When I called to address these issues with Gina, she avoided and never returned my calls. So unprofessional and cheap products they use damaged my hair permanently

  Owner is very nice and did exactly what I asked her to do. Price VERY REASONABLE! I have a lot of hair very thick, she meet all the expectations. LOVE MY NEW LOOK. Will def. be back !
