  Paula is the most unprofessional and rude hair stylist that, I've ever been to. She took 5 days to respond to a email about making a appointment with her. When I finally did make my deposit, and show up she took forever getting me in the chair. I had to wait almost an hour before she started on me. I was coming to cut my hair off short, because I wanted a new look. She didn't cut it right, told me it's my fault for my hair being so damaged, and that I should know better. Then she kept mumbling under her breath about my hair smelled bad. Like what kind of hair stylist act this way and treat new clients like this. Now I did like my hairstyle, but after a few days of it getting dry. I washed it, and look at my hair cut. It was so uneven, and choppy looking. I found her on online where, I had admired her work for so long. Then to finally get there and it's not what I thought it would be is very disappointing. I see that she have several bad reviews online, and I really understand why now. Please beware of getting your hair styled by Paula, because she is not what you see online with her pictures. I'm looking at how she carry herself, and wondering how did she even get in this business. She is rude, very nasty, has a horrible attitude, arrogant, and she has a very bad aura about herself. GEESH. I wasted money and I'm very displeased. Please take your money elsewhere, because it's to many people in atlanta who do hair with way better skills, and who have great attitudes unlike Paula.

  My experience with PAULA was one of the worse experiences I have had while trying to get my hair cut. I am new to the Atlanta area and was looking for someone who can do "The Big Chop." I found her on instagram in which she had beautiful pictures. I booked an appointment in which she required a $35 holding deposit just for booking with her. However, after a few days after booking I had to reschedule due to work purposes. Even though I rescheduled in an adequate amount of time, she then stated that I had to pay another deposit and lose the first deposit. This was not clearly stated during our email exchanges (which is the only way she will communicate with you. Trying to call? You will be sent directly to the voicemail.) When I arrived at my appointment, she immediately said I didn't have an appointment set. I showed her the email as soon as she said that. When she noticed I was correct, she immediately said, "You are late" and was very very rude to me. You do not treat first time clients as such. I was out $70 due to her unprofessionalism. I have never been talked down to and I have never had anyone show such unprofessionalism. This is a disgrace and horrible customer service. New clients beware! This lady is not nice!
