  The woman who answered my call today is unprofessional to say the least. First she answers my call with "hello good afternoon" instead of "Hello salon 137" or "Salon 137, how can I help you?" (or anything along those lines) leaving me- the potential client, wondering have I got the wrong number ? In fact i pulled the phone away from my ear to make sure i didn't. Furthermore, is this some new underground kind of place and they will only assist me if I have got the secret word? or if my response to her odd greeting is hair related? "could i get my haircut today" is what i asked the mysterious person on the other end, to which i am returned a confident and energetic "sure" followed by a "with whom?" -asking me who i want an appointment with. now i have only been here once before and had not remembered who did my hair so i said "with anyone." I guess that was the wrong answer because suddenly there is no availability today, and she delivers this to me in a dismissive and disdainful manor. I kindly say ok no problem to the suddden no-availability to which the troubled individual bids me one final lashing and says"I just can't help you" as if i was insisting on being seen today. What's more, she proceeds to hang up on me! That's one way to lose a new client- I will be taking my business elsewhere, only 20 different salons in the area.
