  Sally does good business. She stands behind her skills as professional braid artist and entrepreneur. She demonstrates customer satisfaction by correcting complaints within reason but she’s not stupid. She seems to be honest with clients and staff. Overall I’m satisfied and in reference of 1 stars many times language barriers make us believe a person isn’t personable and I’ve noticed when waiting for a period of time my braid hair was being prepared for use. Keep up the excellent work I’m bringing my daughter when I come back!

  Sally's would be great if they didn't say things around our heads as to where we don't understand they could be a little more professional but other than that they do an awesome job

  First off they only got 1 star because you don't have to wait when you go. They are snotty, rude, not friendly (only a few)and do not listen. I REPEATEDLY told the BRAIDER SHE WAS TOO TIGHT. THEY TELL YOU ONE PRICE AND IT IS ANOTHER PRICE. THEY ARE JUST UNPROFESSIONAL BUT ONE STYLIST I LIKE SHE IS COOL, SHE LISTENS TO YOU, AND SHE IS NOT RUDE. CAN NOT THINK OF NAME BUT IF I EVER GO BACK IT WILL BE FOR HER AND HER ONLY!!!!! IF THEY GET THEIR PROFESSIONAL LEVELS UP IT WOULD GET 5 STARS BECAUSE THEY ARE FAST AND CAN DO ANY STYLE YOU WANT HELL ITS 20 BRAIDERS IN THE SHOP.

  Sally’s is never too busy where she has to turn someone down from getting their hair done. They’re all very talented at what they do. Show them a picture and your hair will look even better. Make sure you bring cash on the weekends (can use cards during the week). Here you’re going to get what you pay for it’s worth it, so treat yourself!
