  Customer Service was very helpful. Nice atmosphere. I recommend to go to Sally's for your hair products.

  I honestly don't understand where the low reviews are coming from. I've been shopping here for 3 years for my hair and nail care and I've never had an issue at all. The store may be small but they always have a great selection. Staff has always been friendly and helpful, and it's always clean and organized. No complaints here.

  One star only because the did have the item I wanted. Place was packed on a Sunday late morning. Two cashiers. I waited IN LINE to ask to purchase an item which required the employee to unlock for me. She then walked back to the register and took the person next waiting in line and I had to wait in line all over. A mistake I will never make again. Second time in one of these places and I will never buy from them again. Can be found on Amazon for 40% less cost. No wait, no crowd, and no rude employees.

  I got followed around the store. There's only three aisles in the whole place, and this lady managed to follow me in all three. I could see her watching me out of the corner of her eye as she fiddled with the merchandise on the shelf. Felt awful. I didn't call her out on it (what was I supposed to say?). I just bought my things and left. I've never had a problem in Sally's in other states, and this is the first time I was so obviously monitored. Very disappointed in this experience.

  A few years back I used to live in apartments around E Ray Rd and close to where Sally Beauty which is a beauty supply shop is located. The beauty supply ranges from cotton, to acetone, nail polish, hair dryer, hair color, electric devices and much more from A to Z which is used by ladies or gentlemen in line with grooming, tidiness and what makes them feel good or proper. The shop has many types of items and different range of prices which satisfies customers from all walks of life. Even though I don't live in that area any more but I still appreciate the shop's quality of items and their customer service.
