  Let me just say, I have never experienced such great customer service from any other Sally Beauty, and I frequent them often. After moving to hermitage I have had nothing but great experiences. The staff is so nice and so helpful. The COMPLETE opposite experience Ive had at the Sally Beauty off of Sam Ridley which I will never return to.

  I literally love this Sally’s beauty supply at the hermitage location sooo much...I have one closer to my house but I go out of my way to come here because of the amazing customer service I receive ! Kim, Jenny, Emily and Courtney are always there to answer any questions I have, recommend new products and always remind me about things I forgot I even needed. I see them every visit not just treat me like a friend, but other customers that come in behind me. It has been like this from day one, and always such a pleasant experience! Can’t say enough good things about these gals!!

  Staff was super helpfully and friendly even though it was close to closing time . Hair turned out Fab thanks to there tips .
