  Annoying. I go in from time to time to buy brushes/combs and browse around for anything I might want to try. I like to take my time and check out the cheap makeup at the front counter. They always make me feel rushed, are watching/circling me like a hawk, and constantly asking if im ready to check out. Back off and let me actually look, read lables, and shop! I never go in for a specific item so im looking around to see what I can treat myself with on a whim. I understand its a high theft neighborhood but for gods sake chill out. I just go to walgreens now.

  Extremely rude!! Don't call and have a question! Went in today and signed up for the Sally's card, was told I'd receive an email with a coupon that I could use later that day, never received the email, so I called the store at 4:49 pm 8/18/2017 and the first woman who answers completely blows me off and keep calling me sweety and saids I can't help you I'm with a customer. I had a question, and just was not listening and hands the phone to someone else while I'm speaking. The next lady was just as helpful and could not answer the simple question I had and made me feel like I was interrupting them. " I purchased the Sally's card today, so I just give my name and number to receive the Sally's card prices?"I have experienced this lack of customer service at Walmart, maybe they were even better than this. I only wish I was there in person. I planned to go back and finish shopping and just wanted to know something. Absolutely horrible!!!!!!! Worst Sally's ever. Angry I shopped there earlier. Was on my to grab a UV/Led Lamp and get all my supplies. Definitely going somewhere else. Enjoy your $5.00 you robbed me of, because whoever is working this evening shift on Friday, August 16, 2017 around 4:45 both of you are rude. Hope your manager reads this. Will file a complaint to them also. Push me off the phone and saids calls corporate for a simple question because you were feeling useless I guess. Lucky you get 1 star, you don't deserve it

  Awful service and unhelpful staff. Asked for a product recommendation and she offered me a brand they obviously had a deal with. She gave me the wrong color and the product was overall awful. When I went to return it, several other people were also returning the same thing. To top it off they were rude about the return.
