  There were occasions when they did not have what I needed, and when I asked the staff for help they seemed very bothered. This was a few years back though. The new staff is a step better. I would not ask just any staff member for help with a bleach job though. Every experience I've had has been negative, they talk like they really know what they are talking about, but Google search more often than not has provided me with better advice. The only person who knows what they are talking about is their manager, thankfully. I can't remember her name, but she's blonde and usually wears her hair in curls. She helped me out of a pickle with a bleach job, after I had blindly followed another employee's advice.
