  The staff working the day I went was rude making ugly faces . I asked for a darker dye for hair and she wastelling me i had to rebleach my hair when i told heri had just bleached it . i wanted it darker not lighter. First and last time i go there.

  This staff is always rude. Just now when I went into the store I stood there 5 min waiting to check out with two women standing at the counter. Also I was very offended because when I was trying to look at fingernail polishes the girl kept hovering over me like I was going to steal a 5.00 nail polish which is ridiculous I don't have to steal anything I work for a great IT firm that pays great. I won't be back to Sally's I will go to Ulta from now on.
