  Love Sally's. I am always in this store also. Staff Us Great, the Security guy is nice too. What I really like about Sally's if is something they don't have let you know when to come back, or if no longer stock it. Best thing they will direct you to another shop if you can't wait for them to restock their store.. Love the 60 day return policy. That's a ☆ right there for me.

  Sally was a good visit I guess they get an 3star due to the Store policies. I applied for a membership card online. It told me to verify my email afterwards I'm all done. I received email after that saying thanks for signing on. So I'm thinking I have a membership card. Get in store the Cashier tell me $5 charge to get a Card. (Oh Yea) unaware $5 isn't the problem, it's not explained that way online she was rude and I wanted my bounce for signing on. Other places don't charge for the card. But the staff that help me was very kind, nice, & knowledgeable of her professional product for hair which is a good thing. Great sale this weekend, really... huge deals.

  I tried calling their phone number and managed to get ahold of someone but unfortunately they put me on hold for 10 minutes and all I needed was an answer to my question. When I decided to hang up and call again no one admitted to putting me on hold and I talked to the manager and she came up with the excuse of we were probably busy and couldn't help. What?!?! I work at a resort and I do multiple things at a time and these people couldn't answer 1 stupid question for me. I wouldn't call them unless you want to wait on hold for a while.

  The staff really know their stuff and the customer service was awesome. The only girl working was doing 5 things at once! And not only that she smiled the whole time and was on top of all of them!
