  The small amount of chicken for $3 is laughable. I mean the big $12 bowl of vegetables was okay, but no thanks; way too stingy! I won't be eating here again as I like to have more than lettuce for lunch.

  Salata is great, this location is terrible. The staff is rude and they yell at each other in front of customers. Typically about the amount of toppings they are adding to the salad. Depending on who you get, a regular salad can be normal size or half empty. The Hispanic woman who works there and calls everyone “Lady” will give you TINY handfuls like 4 grapes, 2 pieces of broccoli. I always come home with a tiny, overpriced salad and am still hungry. If you ask for more, she looks super annoyed, sighs, and rolls her eyes. There are others that act like her, and some that are fine. But this inconsistency is why I HATE the service at this location.

  I totally agree with the bad reviews. Before reading all these reviews I thought I was the only one who gets that weird treatment at this location. I love this location cause it's so close to my office and they have a nice sitting area outside BUT the Hispanic lady is sooooo stingy with every ingredient. One time I ordered a large salad and she gave me less than what you normally get in small, it was so crazy that while paying the other workers couldn't work out if it was a small or a large. I lovvve salata but this location is the worst! If anybody lives near southlake go to that location. They are very generous with their portions as they should owing to the price they charge for this salad. And they just upped the price as well.

  Horrible customer service at this location. I used to love Salata but I always have a bad experience at this location. Owner needs to do something about it. It’s ridiculous! The older Hispanic lady everyone talks about is rude and super stingy with the ingredients. I went there last night and she made several inappropriate comments about customers showing up last minute (it was 8:30), she also rolled her eyes at me when I told her I wasn’t going to add protein to my salad. I’m vegetarian so I ask for a lot of the vegetables and the lady always gives me attitude. A 8-10 dollar salad should have plenty of toppings. I’ve never had stingy employees at the MacArthur and Beltline location. I’m going to avoid this location from now.

  I NEVER write reviews, but this location has the worst customer service out of an place I have ever been to. If you ask nicely for some more toppings they will give you literally one more pea. I was also early to pick up an online order and was not rude or anything about it because I knew I was early, so while I was waiting the lady asked me why I was early (I just happened to be down the street). When she finished she said "don't be early again." You will know what lady I am talking about she is rude. Moral of the story I am nothing but polite every time I have come here but I never have a good experience. You are better off going to the preston location.
