  I have to say this was the easiest car rental imaginable. We arrived at 3PM and probably left at 310 with the vehicle. Their prices are really good and the lady in the office was very polite. They don't try to oversell you anything. On return they quickly inspect the vehicle and you're on your way. The only downside is they close a bit early so plan ahead. Other than that I have no complaints. Keep in mind that they are a relatively small company so booking in advance is highly recommended!

  It was affordable to start with. I rented a Mustang convertible, which was in stock and ready to go. We had tire issues that we didn't notice until it blew on the 405 to San Diego :( I changed it to the spare. Once at the hotel we noticed the other side was totally shot too. Someone had been doing burnouts before we took the car, we called the 1-800 number - were advised to seek assistance from PEP Boys. We had to pay for the tires but as soon as we returned we were reimbursed for them and taken care of by Ron at the rental agency and by Kevin at the toll free number we called. It was frustrating sure, but out of their control and in the end the company did everything they could have for us and we felt really taken care of. I'd use again for sure. In the future I'll check the tires when renting a care.
