  My husband and I have been coming here for 2 years and love it!! Definitely would recommend it to anyone looking for a fast paced work out.

  This place helped me get into great shape. I really like the interval style of training this studio offers, which is similar to other boot camps I've experienced (a circuit of exercises performed several times through, high intensity at each with a short break from station to station). What I like best about this place is the efficiency of the workouts. I've been to other places that have hour-long classes but so much of the time is spent on things that I find unnecessary. These workouts are 30 minutes, don't sacrifice intensity or quality, and in my opinion are better than almost all of the hour-long classes I've done.
