  Safeway keeps cutting back on the staff resulting in longer wait times. Don't call in refills using their phone system. They will never get to it. I think Safeway is trying to justify closing this store.

  The people who work in the pharmacy are very courteous & polite. However, i believe that the new owners, Albertson's, has been hampering their ability to run efficiently and smoothly. Thus, if I could give senior management a NO STAR, I would!!!

  Very high prices and terrible customer service. Ridiculously long lines and employees must not care! I don't know how this store is still open.

  It took me 1.5 hrs to get my 5 yr her antibiotics for a sever case of strep throat. They had, had the prescription for 40 mins before I got up to ck on and then they processed to tell me it would be at least an other 45 mins or so. This is now 530 pm.. they asked if we could come back tomorrow. . Really! !!! I have my daughter with me since we came straight there after the dr and no one else was home for her. She was burning up with fever and just wanted to go home but, she seriously needed her antibiotics. . I do have to day the guy working the counter kept trying to get the tech to get her meds ready. If it hadn't gone there electronically I would have asked for it back and gone somewhere else..
