  I and all my family used this car service at least 3-4 times a weeks and was very pleased with the service I've received. Since it was sold i tried them a couple of times and said to myself never again. Yesterday decided to give them another chance and unfortunately,the same story. Very rude and nasty dispatcher. Never again,promise ))There are other services in the area, using those next time.

  they are all very nice drivers all of them however, there was a very nasty guy on the phone with me trying to tell me another price when i don’t ever pay that price to go the same exact destination

  One driver from there played online casino while was driving. The good thing, most drivers are nice and fast.

  Ever since they merged with on time Car service they are late and the dispatchers are RUDE!!!!! What happened to Customer service? I'm paying you! You're not picking me up for free! Horrible!
