  When me and my daughter walked in to the office, she was dealing with a customer that was very upset. Troy the manager and or employee of this place of business, handled the angry customer with such grace and professionalism. This woman deserves a huge bonus for how she handled the customer . I recommend this place highly . Very informative, and courteous. Troy should be considered a high and precious asset to this company.

  Moving is such a stressful time, but Troy and Tim who work in the office were a ray of sunshine through it all. They recognized me, made me feel welcome, and very efficient with my paperwork and letting me know all the details necessary. It's conveniently located, clean, and feels secure. I'm glad i chose this place. If anything went wrong, I'm confident they would fix it for me. Wish i could hire Troy and Tim in my own business! It seems hard to find good service these days.

  As a new resident of New Orleans, I was pleased that a friend recommended me to Safeguard Self Storage. With the cost of moving, I was on a strict budget. I spoke with a young woman, Troya, who was more than willing to help me find a storage unit at a reasonable cost. Not only did this young woman show me the unit, she took time from what seemed like a busy day to go over the billing and storage policies. She was kind, sweet, but most of all you could tell this young lady enjoyed her job. She made sure I understood when payment was due and even set me up with auto-pay. This company is blessed to have this young woman on their team. The facility was also cleaned as well as the storage. I am happy with Safeguard, and will, from now on only take my business here. Thank You Troya. Continue to keep that smile on your face as well as your customers faces.

  My experience here was wonderful! Everyone was very helpful and sensitive to my needs. I love the storage facility itself. It is a great place to house things of value; it's clean, convenient, and easily accessible. Thank you for a wonderful experience! I have absolutely no complaints and I will return here if I ever need to.
