  The best program for me. Helped me to lose a lot of weight. Yes, you have to stick to after program routine in order to maintain your achievements. But that applies to all programs, diets, etc. And, yes you should do it once a year after you are done.

  Very quick weight lose due to not eating normal , felt very ill from only eating fruits,vegetables and yogurt all week . Very good for quick weight lose not for long term

  Highly recommended. Lost 75lbs fast. Silly me never continued to maintenance. Could kick myself. Never a dead end. Going back tomorrow and I know for a fact that this will be a great success because I am going to follow-up with maintenance. So excised. Thrilled. Can't wait. Yayyyyyyy
