::We had a reservation for 1pm but didn't get sat until 1:30pm then our server didn't get to our table to even get our drink order until 1:45pm. By then we ordered drinks and food at the same time. We then didn't get our drinks until 2pm. The upside to this, is that our food was delicious and our server was fantastic. It wasn't his fault he was assigned 4 big groups. He then brought us cotton candy and smores as a sorry. He is why this review is 3 stars and not lower. For my first time at any Saddle Ranch I was not impressed by their service.

::We went for brunch and had a blast! Our server was awesome, the food was good once they got the orders correct. We were a big group and all our food came out at different times, and some things were missing or ouright wrong. Our server apologized, the manager comped a bottle of champagne and a GIANT ball of cotton candy. It was impressive. The bottomless mimosas were a treat! I think we tried every flavor they offered. We sat next to the mechanical bull and saw a couple of people try to ride. It was a fun brunch!

::Great service and good seating outside. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Ordered the black bean burger which was just ok. Nothing special about it. Would rate this place 4 stars if the burger had been better. Huge portions.

::Easily one of the best restaurant experiences that I've had! Their customer service was absolutely amazing, our server/ bar tender Johnny was awesome and their manager Ryan passed by often to make sure we were having a great time. I can't forget to mention that the steaks were amazing! Great portions as well! I will definitely be back soon!
