  Saddle Brook dinner is a great place to eat. The service was great the, food was great I had a pizza burger it was delicious. The atmosphere was enjoyable. It has been there for years and remodeled over time. All and all it was a great experience. Great

  very disappointed with this place. I've been here several times and liked it but yesterday the service was TERRIBLE. The waitress did not care at all about my gluten intolerance, and when I asked if I could sub the toast that came with my meal out for something else, she flat out said NO and did not offer anything else. So I paid 4 extra dollars for something else to add on the side. Then my boyfriend found an egg shell in his chicken wrap! When we told the waitress she said "okay"....she told the manager who told her to get him another wrap. No one ever said "sorry." When we went up to pay the check I told the man we were unhappy with our service and he laughed. No one ever said sorry or offered to have the manager speak to us or anything. Terrible customer service. If someone had just shown they cared everything would have been better.

  Parking: plentiful on site, safe. Rest rooms: very clean Greeting upon entry: Warm and inviting Time from sitting to 1st coffee: very fast Decor: soothing and beautiful colors, not noisy Cleanliness: the cleanest diner I’ve ever eaten in Food: fantastic Be very careful if you are coming from Rt 80, the left crossing traffic can be dangerous. Also look 4 times before you make the left out of the restaurant. My new favorite diner in the area. Not as noisy as Topps in East Newark. This place has a cozier, upscale vibe.

  I really like the Saddle Brook diner. Everything I have ever had there is very good. Salads and sandwiches portions are gigantic. Huge menu and huge service. Nice decor inside too. I wish they had other news options on the TV in the am. Breakfast was delicious, I mixed my eggs with my bacon, and my home fries with sauteed onion. Coffee's pretty good too! My only recommendation is for them to butter the toast a little bit more.

  I go here with family whenever I visit and I'm never disappointed with their food or service. It's nice and clean, and well known in the area. The only downside is the small waiting area, which leaves you feeling cramped. But they make up for that by quickly cleaning tables and getting you seated, even when the place is packed to the brim. Absolutely great place to eat.
