  I’ve been in Brooklyn for the past 2 weeks and bought Sacred’s intro offer. I had an amazing time and only wish I was staying longer to carry on my practice with them. Everyone is super friendly and the teaches were really experienced - I learnt a lot. Definitely check out Lauren’s Friday evening class, she’s great!

  Sacred is great! I enjoy coming here for a good ritual sweat. The studio is big and well designed. I have been to about three classes here so far but I am excited to continue practicing here. The teachers are very nice, knowledgeable, and make the classes accessible to all levels. The studio has a great community/neighborhood vibe. I hope to do my yoga teacher training here soon too.

  I am a full figure woman so certain position are difficult. Sacred is completely a no judgement zone. I've also had the pleasure of taking a class with an instructor who is also full figured and understood my challenges with executing certain positions. The atmosphere is a warm inviting clean facility and sacred.

  I've tried many a studio in the area, this one takes the cake. Never had an instructor I didn't like! This is a very professional, educated, & welcoming place.
