  Worst service ANYWHERE. I have been a member for years, and maintained my membership for good auto loan rates only. I have attempted to apply for both mortgage and auto loans in the past year only to have my applications and emails "lost" twice now. Lots of apologies but no action. Parking is ridiculous near my branch and their online services are something out of the 90's. Once, they froze my debit card when I bought a tank of gas in Carson City. The gal at the branch told me I had to notify them anytime I planned to leave town or they would freeze my account for my own security. Telling her I travel every day didn't matter. No amount of talking could change her mind. They simply can't be trusted as my primary financial institution.

  This location has extremely unprofessional employees. Make sure you get there information of who you’re talking too and receipt that show’s your transaction.

  Was considering to become a member with sacramento credit union but I had a worst experience ever for the first time I walked into a bank, big thanks to a supervisor name Jhonn and big special thanks to kind of unprofessional (to me) cashier name Kabao,changed my mind in a blink of an eye so thank you guys so much!
