  Been 100 years and still erected like it was built yesterday. Awesome campus, but parking way too far. It takes good 5 to 10 minutes to walk up tp your class depending on where it is. Additionally, if you are taking any English next semester, don't enroll at any Sac City campus. Take it at CRC, you won't regret it. However, SCC have good math professors here. Pretty huge, on your first day, you might get lost, but it is is interesting how you can get to your class in ten different ways. Have a great one!

  I took most of my classes here. I had only one very bad professor (Alex May, who teaches Math), and the rest were good to stellar. The only thing that frustrated me is that the Advising and Counseling Centers almost never answered their phones or emails if I had academic-related questions; I always had to physically go to talk to an advisor just to get a simple academic question answered (luckily I lived pretty close). They also didn't take appointments sometimes, so it was usually first come first serve, which meant you might not see someone for hours. Also, parking sucked as this school was overcrowded. Still, I loved the diversity of the student body and staff, and the many class options they offered. I got my AA degree from them earlier this year!

  Coming from Sacramento State, i’ll be forever shocked that they have only one parking garage.

  Spent 5 semesters here. I had a great time and never had a problem with any of the students or staff. With the exception of one English professor who is not great at teaching in my opinion. I feel that the programs and counselors (Ken in particular) really did a great job of setting me up with a solid plan to take the classes I needed in order to transfer to a university.

  Great professors. Staff could use a class on how to be polite and nice to students as they seem a bit jaded and seem to dodge work wherever possible. Many student volunteers/employees are incredibly helpful. A few behave as though you are rudely interrupting them when you ask for assistance. Could use work in that area. Security once drove his golf cart into my immediate path while riding a longboard, forcing me to jump off, which could have had resulted in bodily harm and a tasty settlement for me. (if you see this, I just wanna talk. I'm not mad bro). VA and veteran services are great! Quick responses and helpful. Free snacks (donate pls) in the Veterans Students Center. Go there to feel welcome and appreciated.
