  I initially went to another florist to order a prom corsage. Although they were difficult to deal with over the phone, I thought I would visit the store. Turns out, they had closed 1 1/2 hours early to "make a delivery." So, I went to Sacalis Florist and showed them a pic of the corsage. They knew exactly what flowers to order and said, "No problem. We order flowers every day." They even asked my son to select the ribbon he wanted for his girlfriend's corsage. Now that's service! It was such a pleasant experience.

  This is a nice shop...but I walked in and the assistant or owner (I don't know who she was, short lady with short hair was extremely rude and condescending) She was so hard to deal with I decided to leave and make the arrangement myself...

  I placed a beautiful arrangement for my mom's birthday to surprise her. And the florists were nice and patient with me over the phone in regards to what I was looking for. Sacalis Florist is a beautiful family owned store. They are patient and kind with you. They will assist you in what you are looking for even when it is very busy!!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will come again! Thank you!!!

  I walked in today to buy a single stem red rose to take to the cemetery personal info but I ask if I can go into the display case to look over and pull a rose mind you I am in conference call over work and then this dumbbell lady in the store says no we pick the rose. Which is stupid because I was just about to pull my rose and if in the first place they would have said no your not allowed to go into showcase I would be fine but what happened was I ended up hanging up my conference call with work calling the owner because I left pissed and she said I have to discuss with my employee What! I am the customer after explaining my story she was unconcerned and cared less mind you I have no problem buying a dozen roses but I guess buying only one makes the customer less important. So thankfully I ended up going to Family Florist on 40th street and got a lovely red rose! Simple
