  I love this salon! I come in every two weeks for a full face wax and eyebrow threading; it’s been perfect every single time. The owner and daughter are very kind, upbeat and diligent. I’ve had nothing but great experiences.

  It’s a horrible saloon... behavior is so poor .. I did eyelash extensions and she used to much Glue .. my eyes are too much Injured that I take off them immediately. The lady Who did my eyelash extension she’s behavior was so bad and she said bad words to me When I complain them.

  She burned my lip today with the wax and purposefully put alcohol on my upper lip after I told I didn't want to wax my upper lip and wanted to thread it. Really weird energy. I felt like the younger girl tried to sabotage me. I will never come back here again.

  I had a very terrible experience at this salon. The woman who cut my hair was a horrible person. I very clearly asked her not to cut my hair too short. When I said my hair is too short and that's not what I had asked for, she said She can't pick the hair from the floor and put it back. Then she went on to be extremely rude to me by saying that I was bipolar and I should get my head checked with the doctor! I felt bullied by her. The manager, the staff just kept watching when she repeatedly kept saying unnecessary harsh words to me. I am very upset by their behavior. Although, she cut my hair too short, I was very polite with her and I did not raise my voice. I didn't deserve this kind of treatment. It is sad that this parlor has hired people who don't even know how to speak to people. When I said I would like to speak to the manager, the rude woman said it will not make any difference and she doesn't want to hear anything I say and I should just pay and go. Is this the kind of treatment you give to customers?? I am truly disgusted by her behavior and also of the entire staff. I will never return to this place nor would I ever recommend it to anyone.
