  Alberto and his family completed a patio makeover just the way i drew it out on a paper. Alberto does quality work and his attention to detail is perfect. He made sure we were happy with the design and lines as well as the stain color and finish. I would highly recommend Alberto for his highly dependable work. Thanks Alberto!

  Family owned and operated. Alberto and his crew were awesome! They helped my wife and I through the entire process of choosing a design/color/size of patio.   I had the pleasure of contracting Alberto/Saavedra Decorative Concrete for a remodeling of the interior and exterior of my home. He explained everything that will be done, and how long it would take to finish the job. We had zero problems during the remodeling process. He made sure to meet my standards, he has great quality of work along with attention to detail . Mr. Alberto was always on time, and best of all his prices are great. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

  Alberto could not give results he promised. He took the pay and never completed the job. He was not familiar with the material that the job i wanted required, even after i provided the material myself he did not complete the job & refused to refund at least half of the pay. I do not recommend Saavedra to anyone who is looking for interior stained concrete.

  We have a large covered patio with stained concrete and after 8 years it needed to be re-stained. Mr Saavedra came and gave us an estimate, then returned the following week and stained as well as sealed the concrete patio. We believe it looks better now then it did eight years ago. Would highly recommend Saavedra Decorative Concrete!!
