  Avoid this place at all costs, even if they work with your insurance company. There are plenty of reliable mechanics and body shops in Hawthorne and Thornwood. I tried giving Joe and Theresa multiple opportunities to make up for their mistakes, but every piece of the process seemed like they we're lying or taking advantage. As far as the bodywork the hood on my car was put on uneven and another. piece of the car became loose after a month.

  I must first say that they did an excellent job with my car, the fit and finish are wonderful, it looks brand new. However it took over a month to complete a job that I was told on the phone would only take up to two weeks. I'm amazed with the results however and was lucky enough to have a good deal on a rental, so I can't complain too much. The owner and his wife were responsive to email and phone and it wasn't any trouble handling payment through my insurance. Hopefully I won't need anymore work done, but if I do I won't have any objections to using them again, although I would suggest to anyone that they discuss the timing of the work thoroughly before hand.
