  Called and was able to fit me in the same day for a windshield replacement. The manager Norm is a really nice guy, and was very professional. I had a overall good experience.

  Manager Norm Osthoff was extremely professional, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. I have had to unfortunately use them twice in the last two months due to theft in a parking lot, and they were extremely expedient. I don't know the other employee's names, but everyone was great to me during otherwise bad experiences.

  Great service. Called in last minute on a Saturday to get a driver's side window put in. They were able to get the window and install it same day. Did a great job and very friendly customer service. Very knowledgeable staff.

  These guys didn't bother to show up for scheduled work on three separate occasions, then damaged my vehicle when replacing their defective windshield. Their manager was unprofessional and rude to say the least, and escalating the issue to senior management proved unhelpful. Although they indicated they would fix the damage, I was not contacted as scheduled, and in pursuing the claim encountered so many hoops that it seems clear the lack of customer respect is endemic to the company as a whole. I rarely take the time to share my opinion, but I haven't had such a negative business experience ever. I highly recommend you avoid Ryan's Auto, and if you must utilize them, photograph your vehicle beforehand.

  Took my wife's car in to get the windshield replaced. Second car this year with a crack. They took care of the insurance paperwork and got me out in an hour and a half. I had the rest of my Saturday to spend with my family. Thanks for the great service time and time again!
