  I came here at 2:30am sunday Dec, 17th 2017. The door was locked but there was a guy inside wearing a white striped hoodie Cleaning the machines. The sign on the building clearly says 24hrs. So i pushed the buzzer on the door. The guy looks up at me, and then looks back at his task at hand. Very disappointed in thus kinda service. He could have approached me and said something "sorry we are closed for an hour" or "the machines are down" seeing me standing at the door in the cold with my 2 bags of laundry. But he didn't, if that's customer service then never again will i go here

  That chick that works there.... the Indian one. Smh, she's too damn rude. One time seen her argue with a customer after she ruined the customer clothes. Unbelievable. Even had the nerve to ask for a receipt from the customer 😑. She forgot the golden rule that the customer is always right when doing business. Anyways.... The washers too... they set them that the washers wash your clothes for 20 out of 28 minutes for a wash cycle and then it rinses and spins for the other 8mins.... really... smh. Parking can sometimes be a hassle to get in the area also.
