  I've never rented or used a camper of any sort before so I was a little nervous walking into this, but I was blown away at the customer service! Lance greeted and helped me find the perfect rental for my 4 day country thunder camping trip! I had already researched online and thought I knew what I wanted but when I explained to him what I needed/wanted he came up with a better idea! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient (I was taking lots of pictures/videos to send to my friend), and kind. He answered every single question I threw at him and explained it all in great detail. I felt so comfortable and positive that I was given the best rental for what I needed. The rest of the team was fantastic as well! Super nice and fun employees there! I will ABSOLUTELY be going back for any future rentals I need!

  Renting from this company was an absolutely amazing experience. Lance literally saved the family vacation that was planned months in advance, with family coming in from New England. After another company was unable to follow through with the reservation, my wife called Lance and got us an RV that day, which was no easy task as Country Thunder made it difficult to find RV's to rent. Lance is an example of someone who cares about his career, company, and customer service. The RV he found us was near new and fit all the needs for 7 people road tripping it. A++++ and 5 star service. Thank you Lance! Ryan + family

  I completely recommend the RV rental Outlet in Mesa. From our first phone call, all the staff members were so friendly and helpful. Once we arrived there all the staff members were very patient and explained to us all the different models of RVs available to rent or purchase. The RV's were very clean and very well kept up and certainly looked like they would be a great place for our family to stay on a vacation Adventure in Arizona . Since we are from Chicago we are not familiar with renting an RV, but now we feel perfectly confident to come back to Mesa and rent with the team at RV rental Outlet. Thanks to everybody and we'll see you in the fall!!

  Nice staff. Good equipment. They have had issues with a particular camper I rented. The canopy gets stuck on the door. It's a known problem but I was not advised. Was told the new models have addressed the problem. That did me no good and had to pay $$$ hundreds for the repair
