  We drank water with our meal because our waitress forgot our drink order. She also messed up our food order and instead of Bringing it back to the kitchen to get done correctly they brought out a separate plate with what was missing from my meal. It was not worth the money I spent. Very disappointed.

  A 5-STAR restaurant that is more professional, courteous, and customer-interactive than the Fairview location, Ruth's Chris. Ben Mathews and his staff need to take lessons from Ken Smith & the rest of the professionals at the Tryon location. Also, Cassandra and the rest of the bar staff are second to none and have mastered running the bar and taking care of customers in the bar area. Additionally, Cassandra's attitude and consideration for others is contagious and Ben has a lot to learn from her too. Finally, the Tryon location has a much better layout, more bright, and better situated. I will continue to go out of my way to dine and relax with Ken Smith and Cassandra at Ruth's Chris Steak House, 222 Tryon St., Charlotte.

  Our waiter Michael, along with Stefanie were terrific. Very efficient, friendly and attentive. The food was delicious as always and we had a great time. Fabulous service and fabulous food. Who could ask for more! We were celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary and we will definitely celebrate future occasions here as well.

  Excellent steak house for sure. Very good and attentive service. Not necessarily unique though. There are a lot of excellent steak joints out there today... So take your pick!
