  You know what you're getting when you come here and should expect nothing less than perfection. This particular location really impressed me with the view and the service. It was all spectacular. I can't remember our waiters name but the guy was on point. He knew when I ordered the bottle of wine, which was admittedly expensive and obscure, exactly what it was and almost predicted what I was going to get to eat with it. It was a display of professionalism you just don't get everywhere. The food was perfect. I'm a big fan of the lobster bisque here and this location did not disappoint. My oscar style filet was cooked perfectly. Literally cut it with a fork. I don't know what else to say except you get what you pay for. A wonderful experience all the way around and if we return to Jacksonville we'll definitely be back. Well done.

  Both happy hour and regular hours are amazing. Of course, the happy hour deals are much more affordable. But you really can't beat Ruth's Chris in terms of class and service. The food is excellent too - despite coming from Chicago, the land of high end steak houses - I've never been disappointed here.

  Fairly upmarket feel about the place which seems to ease a tad as the number of business dinners fade n more leisurely suppers increase. So we felt slightly out of place in shorts n T shirts for a while. Our waiter was entertaining in his own way and the quality of the food we ate took the edge off the bill. Great views over the St Johns River n up to the TIAA stadium. Probably do it again once my credit is restored.

  Ruth's Chris carries on the tradition of being the "Gold Standard" of steakhouses. Are there better? ...sure. Are there more swank? ...sure. However, if you are looking for a restaurant that consistently exceeds expectations and provides a level of service and quality unmatched in the industry for creating a memorable experience, look no further than Ruth's Chris in the Double Tree Hilton (downtown Jacksonville). I appreciated the extra effort for the birthday celebration!

  Ausserordentlich gutes Lokal: Hier stimmt einfach alles. Die Lage direkt am River ist toll, besonders abends. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, aber auch kompetent was den Service anbelangt. Das Fleisch war ein Traum, ebenso überzeugt haben die Salate zur Vorspeise und das Dessert. Einzig der Rotwein wurde etwas zu kühl serviert.
