::I eat here pretty often. The food is healthy and unprocessed. Low sodium. Vegan and carnivore options. They treat their staff well. Communal seating.

::Waited for a carryout for a half hour standing in the deli while people around me were serves, including the owner. They ignored my order because they were out of pastrami, without telling me. Just gave me my money back and shrugged it off. Was in uniform and pretty conspicuous so maybe they don't like military. Steer clear at all costs.

::Suggested by my daughter. My sister, visiting from Omaha, wanted to see some of Detroit. We shared a great sandwich and each had a bowl of soup. All the food was amazing. I will definitely go there again.

::It's a cozy place, I always have the veg avocado melt and it's the best sandwich ever! During summer they have an amazing mint tea and all their soups are really good. They have a huge variety or daily special soups! The service is very nice.

::If you’re heading to the Deli, make sure you’re only going to have a sandwich or soup. They’re absolutely awesome, hearty, fresh and filling. I love this place because you’re made to sit with other diners so there’s a really warmth to the atmosphere here. The staff are super friendly but your table does get turned pretty quickly due to the queues of hungry customers waiting for a seat
