The immediate observations on this place is the cigarette smell. Before entering the lobby and the lobby smells like an ashtray. The night staff needed to be a lot more professional in his job. Also the hotel corridor and rooms needed to be redone and cleaned properly. This was in fact the worst place I have ever stayed. I am sure there are worst so two stars. Also the morning staff were very helpful and the breakfast area was standard and extremely cramped.

The hotel has fantastic customer service. However, the rooms are dated. There are no refrigerators in room. The breakfast isn't great. No pool. This place could be a gold mine if they put some money into it. Id also paint the parking lines differently so parking is easy. I'm not sure if I'll go back, I'm going to look around a little bit next time I'm in Miami. I'm conflicted about this place.

The lobby and its staff are elegantly amazing. The minute you get up the stairs to the rooms you can tell one side is been renovated in the other side is yet to be renovated. The queen size bedrooms is nice and comfortable and cozy. The only gripe I had with the room is that the bathroom is way too small. Unless you are a very skinny person sitting on the toilet it's close to claustrophobic. Your legs are pressed against the toilet roll and the shower door. Also the area is not full of food options within walking distance. Other than that it was a great stay.
