I had a few minutes wait before I was helped, because there was only person working. When he did get time to help, he was knowledgeable and positive. He suggested a few different shoes to replace the ones I had, and he let me try them on and run around outside. Unfortunately, they didn't have the size I needed (12.5), but he found that size at another one of their stores and offered to have it transferred over. It was going to take a week, and I wanted the shoes today, so I drove over to get them from the other store myself.

I have been running on and off for years and most of my "off" times have been because I have foot pain when I run and have never, never been able to find the right shoes. Fresh off an injury and trying to get back into it, I decided to walk over to the runners forum downtown to see about some new shoes. The manager, whose name escapes me now, spent a significant amount of time with me, analyzing my stride, listening to my concerns, and trying lots of different shoes. Not going to lie, my wallet cried a bit because I usually buy off season shoes at mall stores (hence probably all the pain) but this morning I went for a run in my new shoes and had no pain. I'm thrilled. They will spend time making sure you get the right shoes, and if you run in your new shoes and they aren't right, you can return them within 5 days. This place is a gem and worth every penny.

Would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy running shoes. I got excellent customer service and they were able to find a perfect fit for me. Previously, my shins would hurt consistently while I ran (even with a new pair of shoes) but after getting the shoes suggested by Runners Forum the pain went away. A++
