  Awesome, boxing-inspired workouts. Generally 45 minutes long -- you alternate between time with a water-filled punching bag and floor exercises (basically circuit training). The music is always great & the instructors are very motivating (and easy on the eyes, too boot).

  I felt like going to a night club. Very loud music, around 60 people packed in a very reduced space in a basement. There are 2 areas, one where you punch heavy bags, another one where you do diff routines like lunges, lift weights, jumps, etc. The space is very small and I felt uncomfortable all the time, touching either my neighbour's feet or the mirror next to me, it's appalling they are charging such a ridiculously high fee (approx. $600 for 10 classes) when u cant even work out properly. Also, if you are into a proper work out, and you re already in shape, I would def not recommend. Rumble is for a young crowd not really into fitness and more into posting on Instagram a picture of how cool they are for doing "boxing" and having fun. I did not break a sweat, there is not proper guidance from an instructor, mainly as there is SO much people there. It's just about listening to motivating music and having some fun, not a real work out. If at some point you are interested in doing proper boxing, go to TITLE.

  This was a great class. It was a mix of HIIT and boxing. I was breathing hard and sweating at the end of it. Loved the focus on cardio and strength training. We circled through different rounds that made the class fly by without getting stale or boring.

  What a great workout experience!! If you love boxing or want to try something new, switch up your workout routine then this is the spot! You will be dripping in sweat if you push yourself.. time definitely flys by as you get the hang of things. Starts and ends with the staff and trainers.. everyone is friendly and trainers are passionate and get you amped up to workout. What more can you ask for?! Class prices are fair, facility is clean (a lot better then some of the gyms I've been to in the city), and they sell apparel/wraps if you end up for getting something. Book in advance if you want to secure a spot before or after work since those are the busiest times. Overall you can't go wrong because every trainer offers their own spark and energy! Okay I'm done selling, I love this place..
