  This is easily my favorite train station of all time and I'll tell you why First of all, it rhymes with puggles, muggles, snuggles, juggles, luggles, and yuggles. A few of those aren't words but they are now because of Ruggles, that's it's power. Second of all, Ruggles is a crossroads, between people, between neighborhoods, between the very idea of the universe. Bask in it's magnificent hallway and you surely will find peace reaching into your cold soul. It commutes you to enlightenment one delayed Orange Line train at a time. Ruggles Station, I laud thee. I shall sing thy praises so all of the greater Boston area can make pilgrimage to your decaying walls and your shady back stair case, they shall realize their fullest of potentials once they ascend onto your brick archway. THE WORLD SHALL FOR EVER KNOW THE WORD "RUGGLES" AND PRAISE THE VERY BREATH THAT THEY TAKE IN ORDER TO SAY IT. THEY SHALL CRY WITH JUBILANT VOICES WHENEVER THE COMMUTER RAIL PASSES THROUGH AND UNDERSTAND WHAT LIFE TRULY MEANS! RUGGLES! RUGGLES!! RUGGLES!!! RUGGLES!!!!!

  This station is good and 8/10 times the bus runs on time. The negative is during the winter time, the buses run late on certain days and hours. But overall I like ruggles and it is a well maintained station.

  Decently maintained outside for the Ride service transfer station. Clear signage=good compliance with Ride, MBTA & public drop-off drivers.. Only complaint is the significant pothole that wasn't repaired for a looong time at the exit for All the bus, Ride, and public drop off traffic. College & police station within spitting distance. 👵

  Nice station next to Northeastern University. Commuter line trains don't always stop here.

  Great train station. It's not always the cleanest but the mbta staff are always helpful when asked about delayed buses or trains. The staff is also helpful with the fare machines. People from all walks of life frequent the station and is extremely diverse and very busy all the time.
