  WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!! I SENT A RUG FOR ANTIQUE WASHING FOR OVER HALF A YEAR. they always say you will get it soon and never ship back.FREAKING STOLE MY RUG!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!! SCAM!!!!

  Unprofessional!!! THE worst company with THE worst costumer service I ever had in my life!!!!!!!!!! Treat their customers like fool And do an AWFUL job as far as cleaning carpets. On top of it, the overcharged. Stay away from them!!!!!!!

  At this point I am beyond frustrated with RugWash. I have had a rug there for MONTHS to be antiqued. I was promised that I would receive pictures of my rug to ensure that I was satisfied with the results prior to them delivering it to me. I have been waiting for their warehouse to send a picture for the last 4 weeks! I have made repeated phone calls for an update on when I would receive the picture. They keep claiming that they are waiting on the warehouse to send it and have nothing for me. I have asked for a manager, or a way to contact the warehouse myself without any luck.

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS. TLDR: 3hr window, NO SHOW. Rug wash offered delivery, I let THEM pick the day and time. I was given a 3 hour window, from 12pm to 3pm. I call the 800# to confirm the window that morning. "We will call you back to confirm." No call back. I call again at 2pm. "Our driver will arrive around 4pm" I call again at 4:20pm. "We cannot reach the driver, but he is on the way". Fast forward to 6:30pm, driver calls and says he must reschedule. If you want to be treated like a fool, please, by all means use Rug Wash. By the way, no one had the foresight to just contact me to reschedule ahead of time, instead of a NO SHOW and reschedule call 3+ hours after the window. AWFUL.

  I have a rug that is nearing 20 years. It was dull and full of stains from coffee to sick dog stuff. Rug Wash has made it like new. It feels soft and the colors are vibrant. The fringe is white again! My only tip would be better scheduling but the staff were all nice and helpful. The rug is like new and I only wish I had called them sooner. Will definitely use them again for my other rugs.
