  Having just come off an unbelievably bad ordering experience lasting a month, with two shipping attempts gone wrong and finally achieving a full refund, I contacted Rug Savings by phone. I spoke with Salar. He listened, asked for documentation regarding my original shipping issues, and investigated. I was then contacted by Sina, and informed that they in concert with the manufacturer could assure me that if I placed my rug order in their hands, extra and proper packaging precautions would be taken to insure that my rug would arrive this time undamaged and in perfectly new condition. Which is exactly what occurred. Rug Savings is exactly what a good business should be - highly professional, accessible; they get the job done. I’m a happy and satisfied customer, who can highly recommend based on my own personal experience.

  It's rare to find an online store like this that exceeds your expectations! Rug Savings worked personally with me to get the product I wanted and had it delivered promptly. The staff is so professional and prompt to reply on chat, email or phone. I'm not sure the size of the company but from the way they treated me, it felt like a small family-run business that wants you to come back. Oh, and the rug! I joke that it's now part of the family. I love it. My dog likes it, too (see pic) I'll be purchasing all my rugs from Rug Savings and making sure my family and friends do too.
