  DO NOT PURCHASE A RUG FROM HERE!!! I bought a rug from here in June for my new house. I was originally going to buy one that was cheaper and more common, but I saw a beautiful one there that the girl that worked there told me it was hand made but was more expensive. I liked it so much, I decided to buy it even though it was twice as much as the other one I was going to buy. Every day I did notice little fibers/lint coming off from the rug, but I just thought it was normal. Against my better judgement, I didn't take it back. Then two weeks ago I noticed there were patches of missing rug. I called the company, the receptionist told me to bring it in so the owner could see it. I took it yesterday and he said he needed the receipt. I went back home to look for it, found it, and took it to him. He says he can only give me a discount on another rug and then accuses me of doing something to the rug. Even asks me if I washed it (even though it says on his website it's very durable and to have it proffessionally washed) I told him I would only vaccum it. He asks me what kind of vaccum I use. (dirtdevil) He says he has never seen this before on any rug, yet he just showed me a rug someone returned that started having the fibers come off also but they were smart to return it right away.Then I ask for the manufacturers information so I can call them, first he says they are the manufacturers, then he says it's a company in China,that he is just a distributor, I ask him to give me the number, He says he can't. Then he tells me he will send a picture of the rug to them and asks me for my number and to call him in 2-3 wks. I checked on their website and it says they manufacture this rug. So save yourself some money and anger. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Customer Service is awful (except for the girl who helped me when I bought it.

  I went to this place to buy rugs for Living room and Dinning room to my home. The manager, I don't remember his name, but of medium height with curly hair is very unprofessional and provided wrong information about the quality, size and thread density of carpet. I bought carpet, and when i laid it down in Living room, it is too short. I called him immediately, and asked him why did he lie .. and he said this is the biggest size we have. what the hell is that... if this is the biggest size you have why didinot you tell me the true size before. I asked to return my money.., and he said we don't return once we sell it. ... He is big a## hole.. NEVER EVER GO THIS PLACE. This stupid guy behaves like this is the only one store in the whole world. When i later checked the tag, the thread density (point class) is 100,000. but had said 1 million (1,000,000).. There are bunch of Rug whole sellers and retailers in Los Angeles Downtown, in 6th street and Lon Angeles street. If you want worst service, spoil your money, and big headache, go to this place. - Yuma

  Most amazing technique in style and texture rugs! As soon as I walked in I felt very comfortable with there welcoming! Stylish rugs as well as the people who work here thank you Allen for the great deal I paid good price for what I was looking for!

  Peter and Ali are great guys who know how to keep gorgeous good quality rugs in stock. They treat you like an important person, not just to sell rugs, but because they are well mannered guys. I love dealing with them! Tom Kerr
