  I took my daughter into the store while shopping for a few outfits. No assistance was offered untill I had about twelve outfits in my arms. The quality of these items is terrible! Every item made cheaply but priced extravagantly. The shoes of the worst. My tiny daughter had a heel break the first time she wore them. With the bad customer service we experienced I just took it as a loss and didnt even try to return or exchange anything. I won't be shopping there again.

  Got what I wanted . Went to pay and left. Good deal .$ ! And There was no wait. Maybe one person in front of me .

  The rudest lady in the universe on the phone. She gave me tons of attitude. I had called earlier, some guy answered, I asked if they were hiring. He advised me to put an application online, gave me the store number and everything then told me when I was finished I could call back. Then, when I called back this lady answered and I told her I had put an application online for that store. She said we aren't hiring, so I told her about the guy I talked to. She got very frustrated with me and basically yelled at me, you could hear her from across the room saying well anyone can apply it does't mean we are hiring. I hope they don't treat their customers like that at this store. I am a frequent shopper at Rue 21, and now I don't know if I will ever go back!
