  These are the best sno-balls I've ever had! I got the watermelon no sugar added with matcha and it was just perfect! I'm not big into overly sweet things (which snow cones usually are) so I was so pleased that they have some not so sweet options. Watermelon tasted like I was biting into a fresh slice and the matcha had full flavor with just the slightest bitterness. I love that they offer a unique variety of flavors along with traditional flavors as well. Go try it out, seriously you will not regret it!

  Rude, unprofessional and unfriendly. Was not a pleasant experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Got my order incorrect. And made me feel like I did the mistake. After I told her the correct order. The lady rolled eye's, then told her other employee. " He wanted two. " And still got my order wrong. I was happy when I went there. And left feeling disrespected and unappreciated for my business.

  Taking the trip, waiting in line, and purchasing one of the hand made flavors will be one of the best decisions you'll ever make. You have to try these perfectly fluffy & light snowballs. The texture and consistency is heaven. Each week there are specialty flavors that the owner makes by hand with natural ingredients. Ruby's is high quality and fabulous. Do yourself a flavor and try them out!
