  I really enjoy there salad bar. Lots of fresh choices. Vegetables. Pasta salad. Hummus. You can pair salad bar with add ons like soup, vegetable side dishes or a protein. Friendly staff and reasonably priced.

  Always enjoy the salad bar. 4 stars because there were a couple of things that needed to be refreshed, not anything that I would have but it just didn't make the bar look fully appetizing.

  Good food and salad bar. 1 complaint.. I ordered Bourbon chicken it was moist and delicious, but come on, 4 individually placed zucchini slices they can't afford to stack a small amount on the plate to make it look appealing? I was so Hungry I had to eat later at home! FYI the stingy 4 slices were delicious, but had more white plate that could have been covered with green delicious zucchini.

  Ruby Tuesday here in Las Vegas is a great restaurant to go to. The salad bar is always fresh and is replaced it looks like every 10 minutes with fresh ingredients. Also the food from the regular menu is great too and they give you so much you can take it home. The waiters and waitresses are very nice in are ready to help you any way they can. This Ruby Tuesday has a great atmosphere and is a great family place to eat at especially with cheap prices. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

  I haven't been to a Ruby Tuesday since college and decided to go for dinner. Their salad bar is still great and can fill you up, but the 2 for $20 deal which was a steak, vegetables, and another item was perfect. And their margaritas are excellent. A nice dinner for a reasonable price, can't beat that these days.
