::I had jewelry on layaway here for me and my husband and jack was so quick to take my cash.. We decided not to purchase the jewelry from here and wanted our money back but were discouraged and very angry when jack the owner told us we could not get our cash back. Just a store credit. We had no choice but to take a pair of cheap looking stud earrings. Very disappointed in this place! I've been goin here for years and happened to be the one time I wanted to do layaway, this is how our experience turned out.. My husband and I will never ever be returning and giving ruby jewelry our business anymore..
