  Today I went to pick up my girlfriend's dry cleaning (see review by Kathrine M). Gave the woman there my card, she ran it, and I walked out and called Kathrine to let her know I had her clothing. I happened to mention that it seemed expensive ($75) and she told me it should have been $50 and immediately texted me a photo of the ticket - which was indeed for $50. I walked right back in and asked for a refund. The woman, in her broken English, admitted to making a mistake but - get this - the mistake she claimed to have made was that she should have charged us even more and by charging us $75 she was giving us a deal. When confronted with the original ticket for $50 she just shook her head and said sorry - refusing to offer a refund. Had we been told the price was $75 or more to begin with we would have taken our dry cleaning elsewhere but she refused to honor the stated price. She then back peddled and said she didn't know how to issue a refund with the credit card machine (!?!?) and didn't have $25 cash either. At this point I tried to reason with her by asking if lost business and bad Yelp reviews were really worth $25 and she told me to go ahead and write a bad review... So here it is... I can see I'm not the first to write one either. My advice: don't do business with this snake.

  Dropped off cloths and was given a receipt for the cost which I already thought was high. My partner picked up my dry cleaning and was charge $30 more. The owner would not reimburse us for the overcharge even though she admitted it was her mistake. Will never go to such a dishonest place again.

  I had been using this cleaner weekly for several years and recently received about 10 business shirts back with a smell that was so incredibly awful, that they couldn't be worn. I took them back and asked for them to be re-done, which they apparently did. The smell never went away though. Like the person said below, they smelled like sour towels. By the time I received the first batch back, I had dropped off another 10 or so, which also had the mysterious funk... All in, I ended up throwing away about 20 very expensive shirts. I really liked the people at this cleaners, but after about $2,000 in damages, I just couldn't go back.

  Unfortunately, I have to agree with the posts below. This place is the worst and I will never go back there. I just took in one shirt to be dry cleaned - it came back with a gross dark stain under the collar and another lighter stain on the shoulder. I took it back with my receipt and asked for either a refund...or for it to be re-dry-cleaned. She refused both options. I stayed cool-headed, but let her know I will go elsewhere from now on - to which she said she didn't care. So, let these comments be your warning. Go elsewhere.

  The woman who owns this place is nuts. Our family has been using this cleaners for over 15 years. No problems She bought out the last owner. We noticed the place was getting rather shabby, but the clothes came back ok. Recently my husband got three of his expensive Faconnable shirts back: they stunk like sour towels. He took them back and asked her to re- DRYCLEAN them, which is what he had paid for. She told him it was his fault because HE stinks! She refused to correct the problem. She was belligerent and insulting; actually said she didn't care if she lost his business! BEWARE!
