  Ruban events are amazing. Ruma is so patient & detail oriented. They communicated through all forms (text, email, phone) & made sure to be as specific & clear as possible. My stage, dj & photography crew were awesome! I’m so grateful to her & her team. Especially when the DJ was willing to accommodate a change in the itinerary. He really helped keep everything joyful & fun. I wish them unlimited success 💖

  Working with Ruban Events was by far the best decision I could have made when it came to wedding planning!! This is a lengthy review but I hope it is helpful to future brides and grooms. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed about stages and décor but Ruban Events made the process simple and stress-free. You can go to them knowing everything you want for your wedding or with having no idea at all, and they will be accommodating. They sat with me on multiple occasions to hash out details for stages and centerpieces, making sure I got what I wanted within my desired budget. Everyone will appreciate how honest and straightforward they are with their pricing. Depending on your budget, you can mix and match just about anything. Whether you want a stage with drapes, florals, candles, structural pieces, or all of the above – they have something for everyone. They also have a variety of centerpiece options – most of which can be customized according to your theme, too. I also have to point out that their customer service is amazing! The Ruban Events team always made themselves available via text, phone, email, and in person. On my Mehndi and Wedding days, they sent me pictures of my completed stages and kept me updated on what was going on in the venue. This was something I had not even asked them to do but was very much appreciated! On one of the days, I noticed and pointed out that something was missing on my stage after they had already set it up. I told them that it still looked great and I didn’t mind leaving it this way, but they went back to their warehouse to pick up the missing piece and perfect the stage for me – all before the guests arrived! It’s little things like this that makes a world of difference to brides. Ruban Events, thank you SO much for being an amazing, creative, and trustworthy vendor. I will forever be grateful and thankful for you taking part in making my wedding dreams come true :)

  I have nothing but good things to say about Ruban Events. Ruma was very personable and worked with us to get the most within our budget. Her team did an amazing job on my stage and decor. I actually gasped when I first walked into the hall after they set up! They really played a huge role in making my dream wedding come true. Thank you so much!
