  BEWARE!!! Contractors and Vendors you will not be paid. What you will get is high pressure to take on and complete low NTE work orders, and lots of excuses about why you aren’t being paid. My company has completed over 20 work orders in SC, NC and GA. Not one has been paid. For all others that haven’t been paid, please reach out to me. I’m forming a collaborative effort to lodge formal complaints with state regulatory agencies, corporate clients, BBB, industry associations, and possibly civil legal procedure for Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices. Perform your own due diligence and find where RSM has a long standing pattern of defrauding many other vendors.

  As a contractor who had the stupidity to accept several jobs for RSM, I have to say that the online reviews are accurate.We have yet to receive payment for dozens of invoices.When contacted, we are told that they have not received completed work orders or something "was missing".However my accounting software indicates every time it is opened or reviewed by the recipient,so basically theyre lying.This company is deceitful and takes advantage of contractors such as myself.

  This company is really bad, it does not have professional ethics, the 45 days for the payment are not respected, they can spend months for them to pay and everything is excuses to not pay and to extend the time. After accepting the budgets and done the work do not pay the agreed. It's company junk.

  I have been working with RSM for a few months now. They are easy to communicate with and get you paid on time. Great company to work with!

  Do not work with this company. We have worked with over 25 national/retail maintenance companies and RSM has become one of the worst. They will not respond to emails or phone calls regarding payment. They will also refuse to pay you the agreed upon amount after the work has been complete. There are great retail maintenance companies out there to work with. RSM Maintenance is not one of them! Stay way! I would have rated them with zero stars if Google allowed it.
