  Edit - 5/31/18 Management called after reading my previous review and offered to send someone senior to fix my leak. The appointment was scheduled between 9am-11am, I called at 11:30am when no one showed up. Fast forward a few hours and many calls back to the company, someone showed up at 4pm. He took less than a minute to tighten the pipe and suggested that we go through the company to unclog our drain ($465 + tax). After wasting an entire day waiting for this guy to show up, I honestly do not have the patience to wait another whole day. If you have time and lots of money you don't need, go book rotorooter. ------------------------------------------- We called roto rooter to fix the leak from our kitchen sink. They gave us a 4 hr window for the plumber to show up and he showed up 5 hrs later. Someone did notify me of the delay but I would be less angry had our problem been fix. Our pipe was ruptured and the guy charged us $460 to replace the old pipes with new ones. A day later, the leak is worse than the old pipe that had a hole in it. Now I have to waste another 5 hours for someone to come fix this again.

  We had an excellent experience with Roto-Rooter. Walter & his helper Tommy were knowledgeable, friendly & courteous. We had a large job & they were here all day. All the work they were doing was explained clearly before and after the work was done. They cleaned up after the work was complete. Very happy & satisfied & would definitely use the service again.

  A guy by name of Frank(2901) came. Very knowledgable. Very helpful. Best and fast service. Explained everything and advised on what needs to be done. Very happy. Thank you. Highly recommend.

  A backed up sewer line late on a Friday night is a nightmare, the plumber arrived within ten minutes of my call. His name was Mike (2054) and he was professional and thorough, let me know exactly what he would be doing and how much it would cost. Snaked out the line twice to make sure and following his work he even cleaned up the floor. Fast, professional and prompt service.

  I had an issue with my basement toilet. Called Rotor-Rooter and tech Matt was sent and he quickly and professionally changed fill valve and flapper. I had used Rotor-Rooter many times in the past. My favorite tech for his expertise and professionalism is Walter. Roto-Rooter is expensive but their techs are well trained. In the future I will resume to call them for my home's plumbing issues.
